"I was outside at about 2:30 AM on August 18th. I looked up and saw an object that appeared to be a plane. The object had blinking red yellow and orange lights. I noticed it did not have a normal flight Pattern. While looking at the object it would hover and change directions many times. The object started getting closer to my direction and would just hover. When it got closer to my direction I felt as if I was being watched. During this time I felt scared decided to go inside."
