"Driving west on hwy 12 into dayton wa saw a super bright white light/orb south east of the seneca plant. it was stationary very high in the sky, no cloud cover blue sky. at first i thought it was landing lights from a plane but it just didn't move so i pulled over by the seneca plant got out of my car and looked up. super bright white light that blinked off for about 1 to 2 seconds then turned back on.... for about another 2 seconds then it vanished as if it just turned off and never went back on again. "
