Witness Testimony

"Sitting on the back deck of the house, a friend and I were enjoying the evening. We had noted a number of planes landing at the Lewiston airport that evening and after midnight we noticed what appeared to be the lights of an aircraft to the west. The lights were very bright and blinking red and white, one atop of the other. The lights were stationary, but had our attention. The craft started towards the North and accelerated to a very surprising speed. My friend commented on how fast the craft was going (faster than a military craft) and we watch as it began to slow down.It was at this point that the craft divided into two separate craft and began to descend. While the craft was descending it again divided into a third object. These three separate blinking orbs then descended below the skyline, into the Lewiston/Clarkston area. We did not see anything after the point the craft descended beyond the skyline."
