Witness Testimony

"I was dead asleep and woke up to a loud jet sound and thought that was odd. So I opened my window looking to the East and saw what I thought was a planewith pulsating red and white lights (3) and it was moving slowly but making that jet like sound. It was a very clear night with abundant stars out. Then after about 30 seconds, it stopped above a power plant that is about 2 miles from my window and hovered there for about 4 1/2 more minutes. The oddest thing was that the power plant lights lit up really bright when this happened. Then it moved slowly and a tree obscured my vision of it. Then it disappeared (no more lights were seen. It was too far to notice what the body of the aircraft looked like. I didn't think to take a video with my phone. I was too tired and shocked by what I saw. I have seen another sighting in Little Bear Canyon but that was in 1980. So I know they are out there :)"
