"I was in bed and had just turned off the light to go to sleep. There are three windows in that room facing the front yard. They were all suddenly lit up by a brilliant light, brighter than anything I have ever seen. . At the same time through the top of another window facing east I saw a red light blinking and moving in sequence. The whole thing lasted 4-6 seconds. My house is located in the country on the top of a hill with no neighbors in sight.I was completely stunned and it was a couple of minutes before I actually got up to look outside. There was nothing to be seen. My first thought was 'that was a UFO'. The more I think about it the more sure I am that it was a UFO. There is simply no other explanation. "
