Witness Testimony

"It was around 7 a.m. April 27, 2014 when I pulled up to my work. The first thing I noticed after I parked my vehicle was how pretty the sky looked, so I grabbed my phone and proceeded to take a picture at that moment I noticed the birds were like flying in all different directions as if something had startled them, it all happened right when I was going to take a picture, so I waited a minute put the phone back up to take the picture then I noticed this object on my phone first thing I thought was there was something on the lense so I turned the phone over to look and there was nothing there and I looked back up and there it was it hovered for like a split second then started moving very fast from the right to the left. I was like that is not a bird and diffenately not a balloon. I took a couple pictures. I thought wow, I should have put the phone on video, but it happened so quickly. "
