Witness Testimony

"I was headed south on hwy 89, north of Paulden. About the area of Drake rd I noticed a couple of bright orange lights to my right. I slowed to look, and saw another appear...it just turned on, for lack of better terminology. As the fourth or fifth lit up, the first blacked out. They maintained a straight line, but did not seem to be moving at all. If I had to guess, I would say they were probably three to four miles out, but hard to say. There were high clouds, but thin and pretty bright with the moon full. Good visibility. The reception on my radio seemed to be slightly effected, but not much. I was startled by two jets passing over me, appearing to be headed towards the lights. They were very low, approximately one hundred feet! As the terrain changed, I lost sight of all lights and the two jets. The jets appeared to be military."
