Witness Testimony

"August 30, 2016, 4:30 am.I was getting into my vehicle to go to work and looked up at the sky. The light first seemed to be an airplane but it didn't move. I next noticed that this star was blinking so I took out my cell phone to take a picture because I thought it was a planet but planets don't change colors like it was doing and it seemed pretty big for a star, which I thought was weird, didn't seem right. It was blinking, seemed close but if it was a star it should be far away. I noticed that it was right below Orion at the horizon, in the eastern sky. I took out my cell phone and began taking pictures and then took a short video of this blinking star-like round circle that first I thought had looked like a star, then maybe a planet but later I really didn't know what it was. But, it changed colors from green and then orange-red in this pattern over and over again, not moving but stationary in the sky. During the observation, I took a video and pictures of the blinking circle. I don't know what happened to the blinking circle because after I finished taking the video and pictures, I posted the pictures on Facebook, commenting that I thought it could be a UFO. I got in my car and went to work.Video comments: "I don't know this is pretty weird, looks like a star, but its blinking green and orange or red, and it seems awfully close I mean that far away.""
