Witness Testimony

"Witness and I have observed strange lights in the park in Winston over the summer, appearing on clear nights. One night, a four star constellation was seen in the sky in the East. It was also observed that the Big dipper was directly North at the time. Lights are seen between 2 AM and sunrise on clear nights. The lights that you see just before it gets dark are always located in the same area which would be SW from Riverbend park. (Government perhaps). The lights seen in the park react to a laser pointer. Moving closer, farther away sometimes. The lights I recorded appeared star-like or like a satellite which would be closer. They seemed to be between the school and the mountain behind it. As I recorded, I was still, yet they were moving. They look very solid in appearance on film. They seem to be controlled by someone or something. Our animal gets nervous and uneasy at times as do we. I have a android app that tells when electromagnetic interference goes on. When they react to us is when it happens. Police scanner posts a code; ACTIVATE THE HEART OF GOLD. Heard often during the summer of these occurrences. I did my own editing and added music instead of hearing useless swear words. I have also added a quick video of the inside of our location during daylight hours. "
