" Perfectly-shaped clear white circle ring stationery in sky.Distinct white ring in the sky. Late afternoon, blue sky, light clouds, some cumulus, stark against the clouds a perfect white ring, stationery.Not a solid circle or an ellipse of any kind. A geometrically perfect, non-organic-shaped, not blurred, distinct and clear white circular ring. It didn’t fade away or flash away it just suddenly wasn’t there.I marvelled at it thinking out it couldn’t be any kind of cloud formation, it was so perfectly circular and stark.It didn’t occur to me at the time that it might be a UFO and immediately forgot about it. A week later I’ve remembered it and I find myself searching ‘white circles in the sky’ on google, which is how I found this website (thanks).Seen off the Outer Hebrides, Scotland, which is next to USA/Canada, of course, on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.((NUFORC Note: Possible hoax.
