Witness Testimony

"Hi the object appears on different occasions and is stationary its always in the same place and doesn't move its at a fair distance as aeroplanes can be seen flying and are at a closer range i ruled out the stars as its stationary and doesn't move through time in the sky the way stars do i also think the object is at a closer range because the stars can be seen round it with the naked eye but in the pictures no stars are visible just the object it only appears on some nights and appears to be pulsating slightly it changes colour from green blue and red as can see in photos i zoomed in on pics but in video colour can't be seen but you can clearly see it pulsate there are no stars in the pics or video despite them being visible around the object by the naked eye as its a clear night the object comes remains for few hours and disappears without and movement as though it completely disappears i was wondering if you have any other type reports similarly as the manner it appears and disappears in the exact same spot looking south east is it possible this is some kind of unmanned probe of some sort won't let me upload video but can send via email "
