Witness Testimony

"We had an olddogwhich needed out the time was ten past two am i opened the back door out she went it was a very clear calm chilly night as she was up the garden i started looking at the stars which were very clear , i noticed what i thought was a satellite which i've seen before, so i was following the path of this object which was steady and constant followed it for maybe up to three mins moving west to south west over quarter of the sky when the object omitted a light beam to ground level , a very narrow beam which at the bottom would be sixty feet wide at source maybe eight to ten feet wide. the light intensified in strength becoming super bright. no noise whatsoever. light abruptly stopped and object was seen to ascend vertically i've a ninety degree change in direction i followed it till i could see it no longer start to finish about eight minutes . i first thought i was seeing a satellite no satellite behaves like that .My conclusion was. the object used light as a propulsion source. . no planes or helicopters change direction like that going vertical at right angles to a flight path for no reason till out of sight i was convinced i had just seen something from another world.The time was ten past two am g m t "
