Witness Testimony

"I was driving to work this morning, going east on Hwy 12 toward Middleton/Madison, WI. To my right I noticed a craft hovering in front of one of the wind turbines. The traffic was very busy, so I had to keep glancing to my right and then back to the road, so I couldn't stay focused on it, but it was a tan colored craft, that was stationary. It was in front of the wind turbine about even with the center of the turbine. I am not a good judge of distance, but I am guessing it was about 100 yards in front of the turbine. If no one else saw it, I wouldn't be surprised, because it happened during rush hour time and the traffic is moving quickly. It would have been easier to look at it, if I had been heading east on Hwy 12 instead of west. I was unable to get a photo of it. I saw it, glanced at it a few times and then it was behind me. I wanted to pull over to look at it, but I had to get to work. "
