Witness Testimony

"I was sitting at the beach in Cobourg, Ontario the day was hot and with a clear sky. While on the beach facing south I noticed many miles way out over Lake Ontario a odd appearance in black object /craft that appeared static to the eye. This struck me as odd compared to other watercrafts out on the Lake. I then grabbed my binoculars and could still no way identify it ! This black object appeared fuzzy in trying to ID it. It look really weird and moved very, very slow. As I continue to watch this long distance strange static thing I thought to try and capture what my eyes were viewing. So I grabbed my camera, I started to photograph. For better results I had to focus in on subject and adjust my camera set on a high full zoom 20X between 4:47- 4:49pm. I was successful to capture what my eyes were watching for near one half hour. I had noticed it at about 4:30pm – stopped looking after 5:00pm. It does appears strange and really ID what type of craft it resembles in examining the images What do you make of the structure ? Was this craft actually sitting on the water or hovering above ? There appears to be no waves below it. I suppose it's out too far to really say or think ? I'm even open to a possible ship way- way out there ?? Though it did really appear static and dark black to the eye Just like looking at a mirage is the best way to describe this unknown over or on the lake."
