Witness Testimony

"Coming back from my local shop, i looked up and saw this bright white light, almost full moon like in how white and illuminating it was. it appeared ball like but had slight slight light coming off of it in the shape of a star. i thought at first it was a drone of helicopter but it was not moving.It don't hover or slightly change direction it was perfectly still, shining ever so brightly but slightly pulsing, dimming a little for a few milliseconds before it became bright again. i stared at it for about a minute and a half, outside my house before i ran inside and to my window that faced the exact same way i stood, in about 10-15 seconds but it was gone, completely gone, i couldn't see it flying off somewhere else or it slowly fade away, it was as if it was never there to begin with or it became invisible."
