Witness Testimony

"We were driving back out of Old Town Cottonwood after dinner, toward the roundabout at the very end of SR89A, this road goes up to Jerome, AZ. As we approached the roundabout, we noticed a huge formation that was taking place to the south... at that time it looked like a tornado. I was in awe of it so I started to take pics with my cell phone, however it was dark out and I didn't know if they would come out. When I took the photo, I did not notice the lights right away. After looking at the photos, I saw these lights that looked like the were at the very bottom of the formation, in a huge row, the lights were uniform. I zoomed in and it just blew my mind. I would like to submit my photos for your testing to see what exactly they were. I took two photos."
