Witness Testimony

"I was riding in the car to town with my mother. Drove approx. quarter mile down the road from my home. Looked up to the left noticed bright balls of lights. bigger balls in middle smaller in outter circle. My eyes took a moment to adjust in the pitch black with storm clouds that the sky was covered in cloud making light seem brighter. noticed plane far off behind lights. Appeared above tree line eyes adjusted realized bright larger lights in middle must be bottom and it was angled and smaller outter lights going across. a bolt of lighting hit and it was gone. didnt see it during light must have dissappeared during lightning strike. I opened car window to see if I could hear anything i.e fireworks but it was dead silent. I yelled to my mom driving sitting next to me and said in awe did you see that? she didnt. only lasted a matter of fifteen seconds at most. complete awe. Ive lived in the woods in florida almost my whole life I can tell planes helicopters this was neither. i couldnt think my mind was blank for about two minutes in complete awe.ive tried rationalizing this i cant figure anything that would make these lights and this low to trees"
