Witness Testimony

"I was driving home in my vehicle it was dark and foggy. I noticed lights above my vehicle. It was directly above my vehicle. I noticed I did not have control over my vehicle anymore. I was taken out of my vehicle and placed in a field. I saw a creature that appeared to be 8-9ft tall, 3-4ft wide with dark hair. It appeared to be looking for something. When it turned and I could see the face of this creature I notice it had red glowing eyes. The eyes did not appear to be red because of light, at this time there was no light only it's eyes were lit up like radio active. It saw me, grabbed me, threw me across a field, I got thrown against a tree. I was then put back in my vehicle, which still was not responding to anything I was trying to do. My vehicle would not steer or slowdown I could not even get my brakes to work. I saw a sign indicating that there was a 90 degree corner. This was in the winter time so the roads were snowy and icy the sign said 15 miles per hour. The vehicle went from 25mph to 45mph. I tried to brake, nothing, the corner was coming up quickly, I knew there was nothing I could do. I covered my face with one of my arms while the other was on the wheel. The vehicle simply drove off the road into the ditch where I struck a sign, telephone pole and a tree. When I was finally stopped I looked up and saw no lights or object of any kind anymore. "
