"Was watching the International Space Station orbit at 8:57 pm tonight. When the station was directly overhead I saw another light trail just to the North and slightly behind the station. I saw it for 2 or 3 seconds the the light turned off for a second. This ratio continued 3 more times until I lost track of it."
