Witness Testimony

"I went outside to cover the grill.It was a clear night. I always look to the sky to observe the stars. One star seemed bigger and brighter than the rest. I then realized this was not a star! It moved in a strange way. At first I thought it was a helicopter but it had no motor noise.It would get very bright and then dim in irregular pattern. It would suddenly disappear and then reappear in the same position it was in before.I got my binoculars to get a better look, I noticed that it had red and green lights but I could make out where they would have been located on the craft (and no it was not the port and starboard lights on a plain or other aircraft that I have seen). This was something I have never seen before. It stayed in the same area but moved in short radical movements.I don't know what it was!"
