Witness Testimony

"i was standing outside of work in a dark area just watching the sky. I saw a few planes in the air, probably taking off and landing at norfolk intl airport..A bright white light caught my eye as it was travelling fast like a jet plane, but had no exterior lighting of any jet plane i have ever witnessed. I was less than 5 miles from NASA's wallops island facility. The bright light was at high enough of a elevation that at first i thought it was a star, but it moved quickly and suddenly changed direction from a N flight path to a W flight path. I attempted to take a video on my iphone, but this object wasnt picked up on the recording, which is odd considering how bright this object was. I am a history major and studied military history and my grandfather was chief of flight operations at NASA in the past. I know what i saw wasn't any commercial or NASA aircraft. I know it wasnt a meteor due to the speed and flight path. Unless the international space station is a glowing bright object or unless a satellite( which i wouldnt recognize) was right over head at the time, then i have no other explanation for what i saw. "
