" Blue sphere flashing bright at 10 sec. intervals flew over Line Rd, Delmar, MD, at high rate of speed 30 feet above ground level.The object was a blue sphere which flashed brightly at 10 second intervals. When the object flashed it was visible when the light went out it was not visible. It was flying very fast about 30 feet high off the ground. It traveled over Line Road, then turned right into a wooded area, flashing one time in the woods then it came out of the woods and flew over a field still flashing at 10 second intervals. Then it sped up and flew out of sight at a very high rate of speed continuing to flash until it was out of sight. "
