Witness Testimony

"I was driving up Senator Highway on my way home from work, late afternoon, mid August 2015.I am a picture hound and will shoot everything in my path, and often use my cell phone, pointed in a general direction, so I can keep my eyes on the road. The clouds were really white and fluffy, so I pointed my phone in their direction to hopefully get some green tree tops and white clouds contrasting each other against the blue sky.I didn't look at the pics for a few days. I save that for spare time. When I looked I was surprised to see something in the sky. I mulled it over for a few days and then sent it to a friend and asked HER to blow it up and see what she thought it was. She said it looked like a ufo and that I should send it to Mufon. I am sure it's just a plane of some sort, but who knows.A friend and I 'did' see something strange happen ( in NW Ark. ) soon after the Gulf War started. But that's totally different, and another place, another time. "
