Witness Testimony

"Stepped outside and noticed a bright orb to my left (generally north). It was bright blue/red and seemed to be flashing/glowing constantly. Shimmering like a star but much brighter. It was about moving west slowly while shimmering blue/red for 5 seconds then would hover for 3 seconds and flash white before continuing on. It made a couple strong directional changes that were rather fast, but the longer we watched it the less direction change it assumed. It switched from east to west and back about four times before heading west completely. Then a helicopter showed up apparently moving towards the light and from there the light seemed to move south towards where I was, in the street. It continued to shimmer/flash and as what appeared to be the helicopter went north instead moving towards it, the light began to move east. Once it was about parallel with 71st NE avenue but very far north, it began heading north and slowly fell out of the distance. It was fully bright and emanating light the whole time."
