Witness Testimony

"I was driving home from picking my nephew up from school at around 3:15 pm. as i was driving west, i noticed what i thought was a plane, but realized it was stationary. it was a reflective orb hovering about 20 degrees above the horizon to the west above the cascade mountains. i pulled over and watched it for about 5 minutes and it hovered the whole time, flashing periodically like it was spinning, then vanished. no flight path, no movement. just vanished. i drove home and went into the backyard to see if i could see it again to take a picture but it's gone."
