"I was standing outside looking at stars and an oval shape of lights slowly passed above me. it seemed to be translucent except for the 8 lights that i assume we're around the boarder of craft. as it moved away i could not see it at about my 2 o'clock position. i first noticed it straight above me the about 2 o'clock position it disappears. it seemed as if it was about maybe 500 - 700 feet above me. it was completely silent."
