Witness Testimony

"Was outside looking at stars because it was so clear tonight Suddenly a large bright horseshoe shaped object appeared in se horizon traveling very slowly seemingly low across sky without sound towards the west. It was much larger than any star at least 20x larger than any stars visible tonight. It had 2 distinct tails as long as the main body which were outlined in black against extremely bright white surface. The edge was visible against the night sky. Seemed odd. While watching it just suddenly disappeared. Nothing. Totally gone. From a really large and bright object it looked like it was beginning to descend then Paused for a couple seconds and seemed to tilt angle upward ascending a second or so then disappearing into nothing. Vanished! It was as though the lights were just turned off. From totally bright and visible to gone! I didn't know what to think. I have never seen a shooting star that large or moving that slow. It seemed to move at the speed you see with helicopters but it was Not a helicopter!:"
