Witness Testimony

"I was by a pond watching one cloud change shape then i turned to look for more and saw it. it was a half circle bright light shape and from left to right it lit up brighter than was first seen. the flat half circle shape was parallel to the earth. it vanished after the light shown or had emimated greater across it. it brightened like a windshield wiper moving across a window, or the same fuild motion as that. then it dematerialized. like someone turning off the tv. i thought the sun could be affecting my eye but i was staring hard at the object away from the sun to try to make out what it could be. i was a bit confused and amazed at the same time."
