Witness Testimony

" Noticed in the northern sky to be a star brighter than the other 2 closet to it, after viewing it through binoculars discovered it to be a circle shaped object with 8 bright white lights around the circle and a red light in the center! Hovering without makeing a sound, I showed my wife and mother onlaw, we viewed it for 15 min. After shining a led fladh ligjt at it several times it began to dim and then went out and vanished in plain site!! I believed it to be viewing a thunderstorm in the north western sky , but still not sure,only know it was not man made!!#((NUFORC Note: Possible sighting of Venus??
