" Bright orange-yellow light flying fast in one direction, hovered for a few minutes, then sped off into the distance and disappeared.Oval shaped bright orange-yellow light, over downtown Green Bay. Moved fast in one direction, slowed down, hovered for a few minutes and then suddenly flew fast and disappeared off into the distance. Recorded video on phone for approx. 7mins, but went to watch it after, and only 30 seconds of it played. Then rest of video went dark. Four of my friends and I watched the whole thing. "
