Witness Testimony

"I'm a supervisor for a shipyard that builds Littoral Combat Ships for the US Navy. At approximately 9:30 I saw what I thought was a helicopter or small plane following the Menominee river from Lake Michigan and it had 2 blue extremely bright lights on each end of it it was just above the tree line by the time it got just about over me the whole bottom of it turned blue and it wasn't making a sound. I watched it until it went out of sight. There were several other people in the yard and around the dockside area that I know saw it. I got off work at 11:30 pm and was driving home and I saw it again over the north end of the city of Menominee MI. It was actually descending so I sped up to try to get a better look at it and it shot strait up and out of sight faster than anything I've ever seen so I know it was nothing from this area."
