Witness Testimony

"I had walked past Gladstone Motel on 9th Street, towards the lake to see the fireworks. It was dusk, and I could hear the beginning of the low booming of fireworks. I could not see the fireworks, but I saw an oval red/orange/yellow sphere coming towards me. At first I thought it was a burning firework...except, it wasn't on fire, it was glowing, and it never blew up, it just kept coming towards me in the sky. It was climbing higher and heading in the direction of Rapid River, MI. About two blocks from where I was standing, it began to throb and dim, and 20 seconds later the glow went out and all that was left was a black oval sphere, then it shot up and into the clouds and was gone. The odd thing was, when I got home to Wisconsin the next day, my daughter described seeing the same thing here in Algoma, Wisconsin."
