Witness Testimony
"Looking northeast across the bay, i noticed an odd light for it's size and location. the light was slightly north of washington island. it was a white light approximate in size and brightness to the lighthouse across the bay in door county. this light seemed to be pulsing or flashing though, and appeared to have some smaller red lights also flashing. my guess is that it was at least 20 miles away. the light was about 30 degrees above the horizon when i noticed it. over 40 minutes it rose to about 45 degrees. using the reflection of the tv in the window i was looking out, the light moved straight up vertically, following exactly the frame of the tv. it never changed in size, brightness or appearance, and never moved horizontally. at 10 pm, i gave up trying to figure out what it was and went to bed. i look out the window at the stars, planes, ships and lighthouses constantly at night. this light was strange. between trying to come up with an explanation, computer problems, forgetting and putting it off, i reported this. however, i wrote down exactly what i saw immediately after the sighting at 10 pm that night. thank you, hush berry hush berry "
