Witness Testimony

"bright, white lightsMy wife and I were fishing on High Falls Flowage, in Marinette County, WI. I saw four lights first moving slow from south to north, after about 30 seconds they slowly faded to black. about 1 minute later we saw them again but now there were five lights. They repeated they same pattern of moving in a north direction and again faded to black. We saw them again about a minute later in the same area as the first two times but this time there were 6 lights. Again they moved slowly north and then faded to black. we were using a trolling motor to move our boat so there was no noise from the boat and no noise from the direction that the lights were seen. "
