Witness Testimony

"On April 24 at 6:00 am, I saw a black bar hovering over the lake, I thought it was bird at first but the black bar separated and became 4 black balls space at exactly the same distance apart, close together. they stayed in perfect for mation whe they moved and darted west toward Niagara Falls. It only took 2 seconds for them to fly westbound and beyond the horizon (faster than any jet). They were perfectly round black dots with no detail. At fist I thought it was a strange bird formation because I could not tell how far away they were but I realized they were over the lake and not land because they flew ver fast and far behind the back ot the skyscrapers along the lakes shoreline. I sent an email telling my friend right away and was surprised to not see this in the news, but now I know that somebody else saw it too."
