Witness Testimony

"While watching an Eagle fly overhead while at the Willoughby Rib Burn Off, I noticed a bright light in the sky above where the bird was flying. I turned to my friend next to me and told her to look at it. It looks like a star but it was between five and five thirty in the afternoon. Stars are not out at this time plus it was a nice sunny day. I jokingly told her that that is a UFO. I starred at it for a bout a minute until my attention was taken away from me by some drunk guy. When I looked back up, the object was gone. I looked the entire sky over but did not see it again. It did not move, it was not a plane, it was not a reflection from anything. It was way to high in the sky. I truly believe this was an unidentified flying object. I curse the drunk guy for taking my attention off of it. I wanted to see if it would streak across the sky or simply disappear. The direction I was looking was to the east from Euclid Ave. in downtown Willoughby, OH. The object could have been over Mentor, OH. or even further east. It was not directly over head. "
