"I was swimming in Lake Erie near the Perry nuclear power plant. I saw a gray sphere come out of the cloud of steam that was coming out of the cooling tower. It rose up into the air and slowly moved north. After a while it descended down onto the water and landed on the water. I thought that it could be a balloon. I was perplexed because I never saw anything like that before. It was still floating on the water in the distance and I swam back to shore and went home. "
