Witness Testimony

"Kismet July 8th It was 12:50 am and 3 of us decided to go to the beach. We approached the entrance and stepped up the stairs to the top walkway leading to Kismet beach entrance. The moon was struggling to get through the dark clouds and 2 very bright identical lights were hanging , like mini half moons. We watched them hover in place for about 5 min and soon one drifted or darted to the right then faded from view ( almost turning around as the light faded) The other object was fixed ...bright as the moon. We all noticed the one remaining light was reflecting off the ocean. Soon that light faded and seemed to move directly up ward and disappear into the dark clouds. They kept "turning " back "on" and drifting above and below each other in a dance like pattern. We watched the amber red lights "turn" again and then change altitude becoming pin pricks of red light.
