" orange orb in north sky around 12:10 am in Boise 2017.went out on new years eve to look at the fireworks and noticed a orange ball of light change direction in the north sky from east to west very quickly then stopped and hoovered the light had no noise. It hovered for about 5 to 10 minutes, then stared to slowly move from west to east then disappeared, went back out 5 mins later and to scan the sky for it and did not see it, it could not of been a plane or a star or a Chinese lantern.((NUFORC Note: Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information.
