Witness Testimony

"Me and my family were up at a fishing trip at owyhee reservoir when on the night of the 21st at about midnight i noticed a unusually bright light rise up over a hill to the south, didn't think much of it. but then i was down close to the water catfishing later into the evening when i saw that same light above me, it was still heading in the same direction but what stood out to me was the subtle curves it was making in its flight path, making several shallow curves but then leveling out and flying completely straight for a time. then repeating the cycle. it did this for probably a good 15 minutes then, right as it got a good ways past me, it seemed to flicker, then disappeared completely. note, there was not a cloud in the sky, it seemed to me that this thing had to be in orbit, it made no sound, and the light stayed the exact same until right before disappearing, not changing color or brightness, but it was by far the brightest thing in the sky at the time but nothing crazy. not necessarily saying aliens but definitely bizarre, nothing i've ever seen before."
