Witness Testimony

"It looked like a star but was in our atmosphere. it'd brighten and dim, disappearing at times then bright again. it moved very slow when it moved occasionally faster. once it had a blue pulsing light under it,another time it had a red light usually had no underneath light . only a few times did we see extremely fast dots of red flying from the object. it looks like a jax spinning. i believe i videoed it not spinning.. it was glowing green cris-cross with odd red lights near it.The pics and videos i have ,you should enlarge to see the details better. it was vivible almost every night from december 2016 to june 2017. then saw it less often after that. still shows up even now in 2019 occasionally. the first tablet i was using to photograph it suddenly started to shut down ,app by app .The only app i couldn't recover was my camera .Had to install another app the shortly after that the tablet went blank,just a black screen . other people around here have seen it too . some don't want to talk about it.. i called airports and sherriffs , bureau of land management and afew other companies. no one's knows about it,they say."
