Witness Testimony

"On roof meditating bright white flash in my peripheral though it was a satellite or plane.I have seen the sun glint off of satellites before and figured it may have just been that however...Satellites usually have a dim red or white glow to them, this was not the case. the object was impossible to see until it would slowly have lights fade into view. no aircraft light pattern i have ever seen. usually lights on an aircraft will blink often so they can be spotted..This was also not the case, the pulsating happened slowly with long periods of darkness in between. it also moved very slow, it took a good 15 to 20 minutes for it to get from the north west to the north east. my feelings were calm, i just watched as it moved. it felt like it was pulsating at its brightest when it's path lined up in front of me. i still felt normal after the event. i lost sight because it stopped emitting light. i don't believe it got far enough for the light to be barely visible as it did move very slow. once it got near the mountains is when it disappeared from my sight. i live in the ne heights (the mountains are not too far from me) i live near the street " san mateo" the video provided is dark and has a green line down the middle, not sure why. it is originally off my iphone, you can hopefully see in the metadata that i have not tampered with it. if you are able to brighten it and give it contrast please send back the enhanced video! i would like to see it even if it is something completely explainable. thank you - c "
