Witness Testimony

"I go out almost every night to retrieve my radar detector from my car between 12:00 am and 1:00 am, and i have been checking the sky every time i do to see if i can again see the light i saw and reported on 10/24/17. although the skies over albuquerque have been clear, as they usually are, i had not seen this light again until 1:00 am on 11/12/17. it was in the same position as the first time i had observed it, se of my location on louisiana blvd. ne, and was presenting exactly the same as it did the last time - stationary; blinking red, blue, green, and white; no sound; and elevation at about the same as commercial airliner. i observed the light for 20 to 30 minutes and took some video footage of it before going back inside. it was still there when i left. it was too high in the sky to be a helicopter and it was stationary, so it couldn't have been a fixed wing aircraft. it was too low in the sky to be a planet, a star, or some other celestial body. moreover, i did not see it from 10/24 to 11/12, and if it was a planet, a star or some other celestial body, i would have seen it every night between 10/24/17 and 11/12/17 since planets, stars and other celestial bodies don't just appear, disappear, and reappear again at a later date; they are typically in the same place every night. and there has not been any significant overcast between the days i observed it that would have obscured this light if it was a planet, star or other celestial body."
