Witness Testimony

"I was outside in the parking lot of the apartment building on louisiana blvd. in albuquerque when i looked up and noticed a high altitude, stationary light se of albuquerque that was changing colors: red, green, blue, and white. altitude was at or near ceiling of commercial airliner. i observed the light for about 5 minutes and took about 2 minutes of video footage before going back inside. there was no sound, and the light did not move during the time i observed it. i thought it was unusual because it was brighter than most things i have seen in the night sky as well as the fact that it was changing colors."
