Witness Testimony

"This object was spotted by myself and my daughter during the afternoon of 8/25/2017. we were outside on the back porch so i could smoke when i looked to the north east and noted the object. it phased in and out of brightness and moved erratically. after the incident, my daughter wrote a statement and drew a photo of her account. it is as follows; " the object had green lights. the bottom and the top lights were flashing but not at the same time. it kept going in and out of the clouds. sometimes it looked like two different objects but, i think that they were two pieces of the same object.""
