Witness Testimony

"In a country lane near Grove Oxfordshire, sometime late May/ early June 2017, I was driving home from work in daylight at approx.18:30. Ahead I saw a car parked in a field entrance and the driver was out 'filming' the sky on an iPad. I looked across and saw, in a clearing in the heavy cloud cover, about 2 to 3 miles away, a huge metallic disc. Its left hand edge was partly obscured by cloud so this gave it some scale. It was about 500 metres in diameter! It was partly shiny metallic with a raised edge of alternate black and grey panels. It was completely stationary and tilted over at 15 or so degrees. It was a dull, cold, damp, blustery evening so no airship could be up. The fact it was so motionless and huge will stay with me forever. I stopped around the bend further on but the clouds had closed up. Did I go back and see the chap with the ipad? No I didn't and to this day I can't explain this. I just know what I saw. Days later, I realised the disc was probably sitting (high up above cloud level) over the large Hanney solar farm. I and many others, would really like to hear from the chap with the ipad."
