Witness Testimony

" i went out onto my roof deck to smoke. i saw what appeared to be a star in the sky but i was going kind of a really bright blue and then and started to move slowly and turned white yellow. it was hard to capture on camera i had to keep going back to my point of direction which was the moonlight or bass lives to the right of me. and then it began dashing back and forth really quickly and hard to follow with the naked eye. we have been feeling life like this for a long time , but they have been almost impossible for me to capture on my phone. at first i thought they were military drones because we live near a base but people say that military drowned have requirements that this light definitely doesn’t meet."
