Witness Testimony

"At approx 0800 26th october 18. i exited seward hwy @ tudor. facing north white circular light caught my eye. the light was at approx 500ft altitude and traveling straight up. at first i thought it was a drone. my brain said drone..As i was thinking drone. i noticed the white light and blue aura and thought "flare or tracer" i was expecting to see missile shape attached to light but did not..I tracked the object visually for about 2-3 seconds until it shot through cloud cover. it was moving at a high rate. faster than a missile , it was at max speed instantly. i sat at green light with cars honking behind me, thinking wtf was that. in hope someone else saw it or knows what it was. i watch f-22s, f-16s daily operating out of jber. speed of object was much much greater than anything i've seen in our skies "
