Witness Testimony

"I went outside to get something from my car and looked up at the stars. i noticed that two of the planets (believed to be jupiter to the south and venus to the west) had strange points of white lights under them. while staring at the the lights trying to figure out what they were, i noticed a dark brown tadpole shaped entity by the planet to the south. it "swam" like a tadpole in "s" shape pattern heading west. it stopped, turned 90 degrees so it's head was in the up position, hovered for a second, then turned 90 degrees to the right and headed west again. it "swam" to the second planet in the west, turned 90 degrees left, and came to rest underneath and facing the planet and point of light. it hovered there and wiggled almost as if it were feeding on something. there was a crescent moon close to the second planet. the object, if it had flown in front of the moon, would have been large enough to cover it. i can't estimate size and altitude because it was dark and there was nothing to provide scale. i do believe the object was still in our atmosphere. i turned away to call my wife and when i turned back i had lost sight of the creature."
