Witness Testimony

"Binghamton (West side), NY - USA - around 6am to 6:10 am on September 28th 2023. Today, in the early morning I got up and went to the bathroom. There is a small window with a screen. I looked up as I often do to watch the sky on the East and Southeast side. Today I had a rather disturbing dream, so I wanted to look at the dark sky and stood there to reflect. When I looked at the window - my attention was immediately drawn to something that looked like a star/round very bright golden light ball, but.. it was moving and changing its position. Intrigued - I then went to grab my glasses and wanted to make sure I am not imagining things, with my newest prescription glasses I went back into the bathroom and looked at the sky via a small window again. Now I could see the very light round "Object" moving and I could see that it became a ring like several light balls. Very fast it became a one single object again, and started to move very fast into different sides but it was returning back to the "first observed position". At this time, I was observing this phenomenon for a few minutes already and decided to grab my cell phone. It is Motorola, and only a few years old, but doesn't do great quality pictures, but at this time I just wanted to get a photo/video of what I was seeing. I was nervous thinking it does look like a UFO's!! So, I came back to the window and took photos, as well as 3 short videos via the glass and the screen inside the opened window. I believe you could see the reflection of the dim night- light (small bulb in the bathroom outlet) and my silhouette as well as my hand holding my cell phone. I went to show the video to another person in my household (had to wake them up), but was told "it is a drone, or some lights". I will attach here the photos and 2 very short videos.
